Important Booking Information
For events with less than a week’s notice:
Due to limited time constraints, we only allow instant online bookings for events that are more than one week in advance. For orders with a shorter lead time, please call us directly at (903) 206-4305, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Weekend availability:
You won’t be able to select weekend dates for rentals because our shop is closed on the weekends. However, you can still pick up your items on Thursday or Friday and drop them off on Monday or Tuesday (up to 5 days total) for our 1-day rental price. If you require a weekend pickup or drop-off, we may be able to accommodate it for an additional fee, depending on availability. If this works for your event, feel free to complete your reservation or contact us for more details!
Item availability
We offer a wide range of high-quality rental items, and if you need more of any item than what's currently available, simply reach out! While we can't guarantee we can accommodate all requests due to time and financial constraints, it never hurts to ask. We’ll do our best to fulfill your needs and ensure your event is fully equipped with everything you require.
